What you'll be doingAn exciting opportunity is available for for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a fun and close knit team. This role has clear career progression opportunities moving into account management or business development. Working directly with the Manager of Business Performance and Improvement, a day in the life here at Dimple will see you:Provide high level administrative support to the Operations and Sales team, including the preparation of sales presentations and/or documents including proposals, tenders, service agreements and contractsSupport the National Business Development Manager and Account Managers by providing information, research, advice and administrative services to successfully achieve business goalsOversee travel arrangements, including analysis and reporting to improve cost effectivenessResponsible for third party compliance including uploading and emailing accreditation documents as well as ensuring practitioners fulfill their accreditation responsibilitiesContribute to the business planning process including supporting business development campaigns and surveysManage the Dimple car fleet ensuring the WHS standards are met as well staff complianceOur ideal Dimple Operations AdministratorYou are an exceptional team player with a high level of energy and passion that thrives on helping others.
