Working directly with the Clinics & Community Manager who will provide you with guidance and mentorship, a day in the life here at Dimple will see you:Tending to enquiries from facilities, clients and practitioners via phone calls and emailsManaging community referrals and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) recordsPreparation of documentation for new facilities and new clients as well as managing and maintaining client filesProcessing Medicare claimsManage clinical consumable, equipment requirements and equipment maintenance Our ideal Dimple Customer Service OfficerYou are an exceptional team player with a high level of energy and passion that thrives on helping others.
